You would be buying an AKC (unlimited) registered Border Terrier.
The Breeder shall co-own the puppy with you until
the said puppy achieves a certificate of championship from the AKC.
Once the puppy has completed its Championship,
the Breeder will sign the dog over to you.
You are then free to breed the puppy when it reaches 18 months of age.
Puppies bred from this dog are eligible for AKC registration.
The puppy should be examined by a licensesd veterinarian
within seven days to determine the puppy's health and temperment.
The Breeder has agreed to give one training class and manual
to you through which the puppy can be properly trained.
