You would be buying an AKC (limited) registered Border Terrier.
Spaying/neutering is required around 7 months.
The puppy should be examined by a licensesd veterinarian
within seven days to determine the puppy's health and temperment.
The Breeder has agreed to give one training class and manual
to you through which the puppy can be properly trained.
